I'm a manager with a history as front-end developer, backend developer and DevOps engineer. I'm at my best with people, change and culture management in highly technical and specialised fields. My management style can be described as transparent, elevating and communicative. I give my team the freedom to be the best version of themselves, coaching team leads or individual contributors along the way. I don't shy away from challenges; something only becomes a problem if it isn't solved. I'm also very proactive, accountable and I practice extreme ownership whenever I get the opportunity.
